Shipping costs are calculated based on the product’s weight and the destination country. Delivery time varies by destination. For downloadable products, the download link is sent instantly after purchase. If physical shipping is involved, tracking is available.
2. Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, our printed products come with a quality warranty. If there is any printing defect or issue, we offer a replacement. However, delays in delivery or damage during transit are not covered by the warranty, as our packaging is designed to prevent damage. The warranty period is one week from the date of receipt.
3. What are the order conditions?
The minimum order quantity is one item. Custom design and personalization are available upon request. Delivery times for printed orders are specified upon agreement. Cancellation or refund of orders is not available, so please make sure to review your order carefully before placing it.
